Lostboyzworld] Return & Refund Policy

At Lostboyzworld, we want you to love what you wear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!

Returns

• You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Final sale items, underwear, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons) are non-returnable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

How to Return

1. Email me at n2brazzy@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll provide a return label (if applicable) and instructions.
3. Package your item securely and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping costs (if paid) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

• Need a different size or color? Contact us and we’ll arrange an exchange if stock is available.
• Exchanges follow the same process as returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right at no extra cost to you.
